Use of SenderSuccess is subject to account security, acceptable use, billing terms, data-processing consent, and service operation policies managed by the company.
Customers are responsible for submitting only data they are authorized to process. SenderSuccess uses submitted information strictly for reporting, diagnostics, deliverability analysis, and support.
Uploaded data and inbox-test artifacts are retained for up to 30 days unless a shorter cleanup occurs sooner through the administrative retention workflow.
